Hi, I'm Rashida — founder of Baby Masterminds, Inc. and a licensed Bilingual Developmental Specialist with a passion for unlocking the potential in every child from day one.

I began my journey in early childhood development in 2003, and founded Baby Masterminds, Inc. in 2006. Since then, I have provided expert early intervention services to hundreds of infants and toddlers across New York City. The Child Development Center is my next chapter — a dedicated, joyful space right here in Jamaica, Queens.
